Garage Door Will Close But Not Open With Remote

Well the good news is it may be as simple as pushing a lock button or sliding it to the unlock position.

When i returned from work today i pushed the button on my remote garage door opener but the door didn t budge. Check to be sure the antenna is attached and if it is not hanging down from the unit move the antenna so it can catch the beam being sent by the remote please note that the antenna on some garage door openers.
